At Pure Arrival Midwifery, we offer personalized care to families throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Care begins when you’re ready and continues until about 6 weeks postpartum. We focus on education, nutrition, and guidance to help you achieve the birth experience you envision in a supportive environment.

What We Offer

Homebirth Services

We support families choosing homebirth, creating a calm and comfortable environment for your baby’s arrival.

Water Birth

We recognize the many benefits of waterbirth and offer water birth services, including free tub rental. We are happy to discuss it to see if it is a good option for you.

Labor Support

We provide continuous support during active labor, using various techniques and tools to help manage pain, ensure mother and baby are both doing well, and to keep labor progressing smoothly.

24/7 On-Call Availability

We are available 24/7, so you can reach us by phone or video chat whenever you need support, day or night.

Prenatal Care

Our prenatal care includes:

• Monthly visits until 28 weeks

• Biweekly visits from 28 to 36 weeks

• Weekly visits from 36 weeks until delivery

• Nutrition support and necessary prenatal testing

Postpartum Care

After birth, we offer:

• Immediate postpartum care for both mother and baby

• Follow-up care on days 1 and 3 and at 1, 3 and 6 weeks postpartum

• Breastfeeding support 

• Metabolic newborn screening and CCHD (Critical Congenital Heart Defect) screening

• Missouri birth certificate registration

Additional Services

Well Woman Care

We offer well-woman care to support your ongoing health beyond pregnancy.

Physician Referrals

If needed, we provide referrals to trusted physicians for additional care.

Custom Care Packages

We offer flexible care packages, including prenatal care only, postpartum care only, or birth attendance only, on a case by case bases and based on your individual needs.

Global Fee & Additional Services

Our global fee covers routine prenatal and postpartum visits, basic labs, labor and birth services. Additional services, such as extra home visits, newborn screenings, ultrasounds, additional lab work, sutures and medications like RhoGAM, may have extra fees. These will be discussed with you in detail during your consultation so that you are fully informed.
